Debt Solutions

Norton Broker Services is able to offer a full range of Debt Solutions which are processed by an experienced and professional team that is fully authorised by the OFT

The most common form of “Debt Solution” is a Debt Management Plan or “DMP” which is an arrangement between your clients and their creditors. We will liase with the client to repay their debts at a rate that is affordable to them, determined by a full income and expenditure assessment. This will help to remove the stress involved by dealing direct with the creditors on their behalf. We will provide your client with a dedicated Debt Advisor who offers a first class processing service and you will receive market leading commissions, details of which are provided upon Registration.

Our Debt Management package provides the following benefits

• We will undertake a detailed review of your clients income, expenses and debts
• We'll negotiate to freeze their interest and further charges
• A new monthly payment figure will be arranged to suit their budget and lifestyle and still clear their debts
• We'll go direct to their existing creditors on their behalf and agree new payment schedules designed to help clear their debts
• We'll consolidate their debts into one monthly payment. They simply pay the agreed instalment to us and we will pay the creditors on their behalf
• We'll give you and your client a complete personal service. Your case will be managed by a dedicated team of professional advisors, ensuring you get the best level of support
• We will keep your client fully informed about what we are doing and how your case is being updated. This includes statements with all payments made on their behalf

Full and Final Settlements

A Full and Final Settlement offer is an offer of partial repayment to your client’s creditors in the form of a one-off lump sum payment in return for having the remainder of their debts written off. A Full and Final Settlement offer is a suitable strategy to clear a client’s debts if they have access to a lump sum of money.

Bankruptcy Assistance

By using our "Bankruptcy Assistance Service" we can provide your clients with the help and support needed to ensure they are taking the right course of action to solve their debt problems as there may be more suitable options available.
