Equity Release

A variety of products are available from our Affinity Partners which allows Homeowners, aged 55 or over, to raise capital on a principal residential property and that normally removes the need to pay a monthly instalment.

Sale and Rent Back

Sale and Rent Back is often used as a Debt Solution to stop lender repossession and is a property transaction involving the sale of an owner occupier's residence to a landlord or property company and renting it back from the new owner.

Mortgage Free Property Loans

This is a Mortgage Product that provides a capital lump sum to homeowners that own their principle residence outright and need a hassle free loan option. The product is particularly attractive to retired borrowers as there is no upper age limit and a loan can be completed normally within two weeks.

This is a Non Regulated Mortgage Product that is designed to provide finance against a residential property that is currently or intended to be let to a tenant on a rental basis.
