Lisa brings over 26 years of specialist lending experience to her role as Head of Loans at Norton. She leads both the Broker and Loans teams, ensuring brokers receive clear communication, consistent updates, and a smooth end-to-end journey from application through to completion.
With a background spanning secured loans, second charge lending, and broker relationship management, she has a deep understanding of the operational challenges brokers face and focuses on removing friction, improving turnaround times, and strengthening service quality across the business.
Lisa has been nominated twice for Operational Leader of the Year at the National Mortgage Awards, recognising her commitment to operational performance, service delivery, and leadership within the specialist lending sector.
In her role, she drives continuous improvement across processes, workflow management and team development, ensuring her teams deliver reliable, efficient support on even the most time-sensitive cases. Known for her calm, structured approach, Lisa is widely trusted by colleagues and brokers alike.
